Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for SellerComet, operated by [Registered Business Name].

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can view and manage your subscription from the billing page inside the Service.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time from the billing page.
  • On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again after that.
  • After the period ends, your workspace moves to the free tier (or is restricted per your plan), and your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.

3. Refunds

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period, since access is provided for the whole period.
  • If you were charged in error, or experienced a material failure of the Service that we could not resolve, contact us within [7] days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor (Razorpay), typically within [5–7] business days.

4. Free tier

The free tier carries no charge and therefore no refund. You may stop using it at any time.
