These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SellerComet(the “Service”), operated by [Registered Business Name] (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SellerComethelps e-commerce sellers process their own marketplace reports to produce profit & loss analysis, GST reconciliation working papers, and advertising recommendations. The Service is a decision-support tool: it assists and verifies, but it does not replace your own judgement or that of your chartered accountant or tax advisor.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members’ use of the Service.
You must be authorised to act for the business whose data you upload.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Razorpay). Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
Your subscription renews automatically each period until cancelled.
Cancellation, downgrades and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change prices with reasonable prior notice; changes take effect from your next billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

upload data you are not authorised to use, or that infringes any third party’s rights;
attempt to access other customers’ data or circumvent the Service’s security or tenant isolation;
reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
overload, disrupt, or probe the Service other than as expressly permitted.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the report data and content you upload (“Your Data”). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, engine, and design, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that outputs (including tax or profit figures) are error-free or fit for filing without your own review. GST and tax filings remain your responsibility and that of your advisors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the [three] months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Your Data after a reasonable period in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [City, State] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable mandatory law.
